About our Board
Jamie Fee, President
Col. Jamie Fee is the Associate Dean of the Engineering School at the Air Force Institute of Technology. Jamie and his wife Arvilla have 2 grown children and 2 still at home. They are involved at Xenia Church of Christ.
Paul Jero, Vice-President
Paul Jero, Ph.D., is a civilian engineer for the Air Force, working in the area of high temperature materials. Paul is learning how to do woodworking, loves to garden and coordinates the community garden at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Xenia where he and his wife Susan attend.
Ken Clark, Treasurer
Ken Clark, one of the founding Board members, currently serves as Treasurer for the Jeremiah Tree. He has worked as an educator, a professional writer and editor, and has recently completed a 21-year career with IBM. He is an active musician, a veteran violinist and violist with area symphonies, churches, and Elegant Entertainment. Ken and Pauline attend Church of the Messiah in Xenia and enjoy gardening.
Marlene Labig, Secretary
Marlene Labig is one of the founding Board members of the Jeremiah Tree. She is the office manager for her husband’s chiropractic clinic. She has been part of several ministries and cares deeply for people. Marlene has 5 children and 7 grandchildren who she wishes lived closer.
Pauline Clark has worked tirelessly and been involved in many areas of service for years. She is one of our original Board members. Presently she cares for the vegetable and flower gardens on our property. Pauline is a great prayer warrior for our ministry and cares deeply about the men that come here.
Susan Jero came to us after homeschooling her four sons and seeing them launch into life. She has a deep desire to see people enjoy the freedom and joy that is in Jesus.
Dr. Blair Labig is a local chiropractor. He has practiced here in Xenia for many years. He is a kind man with a giving heart and has been on the Board since the Jeremiah Tree began. Blair and Marlene are part of APEX Xenia.
Tim Ling is a licensed social worker employed at Miami Valley Hospital. Tim has served on the Board for several years. Tim, his wife, and 4 children are active at The Church of the Messiah.
